Ronna Lichtenberg is president of Clear Peak Communications, a management consulting firm founded in 1997. Clear Peak specializes in helping companies mine the value of relationships, both internal and external. The firm has a proven track record in strategy development, business development and relationship management training for field and sales leadership with particular expertise in the ultra high net worth, women’s and professional services industries. Consulting clients include and have included PricewaterhouseCoopers, AXA and Merrill Lynch.  

Prior to founding Clear Peak, Ronna was a Senior Vice President with Prudential Securities, Inc., the investment and brokerage firm. As head of Marketing, she developed new markets and new products, and was named the first woman in the firm’s history to its top management group, the Operating Council. She also directed the firm’s communications during a $200 million dollar product crisis, personally defending the company in a Mike Wallace 60 Minutes interview. During her PSI tenure, Ronna graduated from Harvard Business School’s prestigious Advanced Management Program.

In her 17-year career with Prudential, Ronna assumed steadily increasing responsibilities for the company, which at that time was a $10 billion organization with more than 200 subsidiaries.  While heading up strategic planning, reporting directly to the Chairman, Ronna lead the development of the firm’s retail strategy and was the only non-Executive Office member to participate in management evaluations of specific business units and their strategies.  

Ronna is a nationally recognized business author and lecturer, who helps individuals develop business relationships that support their career goals. A contributing editor for “O”, the Oprah magazine, Ronna’s work has also been selected for inclusion in the forthcoming “O” anthology.

Ronna has been seen as a business expert on every major morning network show and is frequently quoted as an expert on cable television and in national print. Her first two books, published in nine languages by Hyperion, the Walt Disney imprint, were widely recognized for their insightful analysis of how to handle critical business issues. These days, Ronna is best known for her new book, "Pitch Like A Girl: How A Woman Can Be Herself And Still Succeed".  Clear Peak is certified as a Women's Business Enterprise National Business Council Member.
