Diane Ruebling

Diane Ruebling is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial services, manufacturing, non-profits and government environments. She has proven successful leadership in sales/marketing, training and organizational development, and general management. 

As a Group Vice President for American Express Financial Advisors and as National Vice President for The MONY Group she successfully led field sales forces to national recognition.  She attributes the success to strong leadership development, effective team building, and creative systems and processes to manage activity and results.

Before her line roles in Financial Services, Diane also had significant roles at American Express and Honeywell in Human Resources. Her experience encompassed training and development, executive coaching, and reengineering. She also had several years as a State Director of Education and Public Information for the American Cancer Society.

Diane has led a very active life in terms of service to community and government. From 1990 to 1992 she was appointed to serve on a Defense Advisory Committee under then Secretary of Defense Richard Cheney. She also served on a state commission on Occupational Licensing and Regulation. 

Today she has a Presidential appointment to the Board of Directors of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC).  OPIC is an independent agency of the United States government designed to help U.S. businesses invest in over 150 developing countries around the world. It fosters economic development in new and emerging markets, complements the private sector in managing risks associated with foreign direct investments, and supports U.S. foreign policy.

Diane is a popular speaker, coach, and trainer on leadership, team building, results oriented business planning, change management, reengineering, emotional competence, and conflict management.
