Josephine Panganiban
In addition to work as a trainer, Josephine is Vice President for Human and Organization Development at Wilkes University, a private independent institution of higher education in Northeastern Pennsylvania. In addition to leading the human resources function, Josephine has responsibility for leadership development, strategic planning, and process improvement efforts. Before joining Wilkes, she served as the Director of Performance Management and Training at American University in Washington, D.C. At American, she received the Outstanding Performance Award for leading the team that designed and implemented a university-wide performance management system.
Prior to her entry into the field of higher education, Josephine was a business consultant in the Human Capital Services Group at Arthur Andersen. She provided consulting assistance to the firm’s clients in their efforts to design and implement organization structures, reward and recognition programs, performance management systems and succession plans. She has also done extensive training in the areas of management and coaching, presentation and facilitation, and process mapping and redesign.
Josephine received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Philippines and her master of arts in organizational psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University. While at Columbia University, she was inducted into the Kappa Delta Phi Honor Society in Education. |
