Sally Carr
Sally Carr is a leadership development expert with over ten years of training and coaching experience. Sally has worked with middle market and Fortune 1000 companies in the United States, Europe and Africa. She is sought out for her ability to design training interventions, accurately assess leadership skills, directly communicate feedback and compassionately motivate managers to take responsibility for their growth.
As a vice president for Smith Barney Shearson and Prudential Securities, Sally led the selection, coaching and development of over two hundred retail brokerage branch managers. Her design/development, leadership and coaching skills were honed as she managed the assessment/simulation program used to determine the leadership potential of management candidates and lead the training and coaching of new and experienced branch managers. Sally began her training and coaching career at Citibank.
As a consultant for such clients as Prudential Insurance, Reuters America, Met life, International Rescue Committee, Con Edison, American Stock Exchange, Hill ROM, and JPMorgan Chase, Sally Carr has designed and delivered leadership seminars and coached both middle and senior managers. The programs and coaching interventions have covered all aspects of leadership: performance management, feedback, communications, organization, presentations, sales, conflict resolution, negotiations, stress management, compliance, personal discipline and the impact of organizational change and mergers on staff and line employees.
